For a charity event via pet fair or other event to raise money for a group or organization, we set up a photo booth and print photos on site so people attending the event leave there with photos in hand.
The following photos are of a Haws walk, a pet fair and music festival. I also can do church events, dinners and other festivals .
A booth is set up displaying photos we have taken and a backdrop or scenic area close to booth is used, some props may be available.
Usually 1/2 of the proceeds go to event the remaining funds go to cost of printing etc.
Generally we charge $3.00 for a 4x6 and $5.00 for a 5x7 print.
(this is adjustable and may go up due to printing cost)
I am now also offering the photos to be emailed to you for a donation to the event like $2-$5 dollars.
*NEW** Mugs, towels, clocks, water bottles will also be on display and can be ordered to with the customers photo printed on them with some of the proceeds going to event. The items will be printed up and can be picked up(to be determined) or mailed with a small fee, the mail fee can also be worked into product cost.
A coupon for my packages can also be made up with a percentage of the package being donated to your event!
PHOTOS AND PHOTO GIFTS ARE A GREAT WAY TO PROMOTE YOUR EVENT AND INVOLVE CONTRIBUTERS AND CUSTOMERS!!
